We hope the following list of Frequently Asked Questions will answer your questions.
Q. How will my games be shipped?
A. Currently, we ship most orders through USPS. You may choose between Express and Priority Mail. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. When free shipping is selected, we reserve the right to ship other shipping methods. This includes, but is not limited to UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Q. Some of my games said they would ship within 24 hours and some indicated they would ship in 2-3 days... when will my games ship?
A. All games within the order are shipped at the same time. We will always ship as quickly as possible.
Q. My shopping basket seems to empty after I have shopped. Why is that?
A. To save your shopping experience, first sign in (this is a very quick process even
if you are new to The Boardroom) then visit your shopping card at the top of the page. Notice the +Wish List button. Click this button and your cart will be
placed into a wish list for future reference.
Q. What will my shipping charges be?
A. There is a small shopping basket located on each page (right hand side). There is a Shipping Options?
link which will list the shipping charges for the items in your card after entering your zip-code and state.
